Sri. K. Siva Rao is a contractor par excellence who has overseen projects with an emphasis in the irrigation, energy, commercial sectors.
He began his career in his early teens and has since been at the helm of multiple successful construction projects. He has, over the years, worked with reputed clients including SEW, RCM, and various state governments.
He brings deep, diverse building knowledge and practical "know how" to each project as he tries to help out clients simplify and improve the construction process. He is responsible for establishing a reputation for quality and integrity and working to ensure that every project meets our client's expectations.
He established Raghu Constructions in 1980 after having worked with M/s Rao Constructions for well over 15 years. Since its beginnings, Raghu Constructions under Siva Rao's leadership has executed technically and managerially demanding works. Raghu Infra Pvt. Ltd has evolved from Raghu Constructions and continues to develop and execute quality works.
Under his leadership construction volume reached Rs. 166 crores in 2009, an increase of 395% percent in four years. Siva Rao's goal has always been to have the company recognized by clients as delivering the highest standards of service in the industry. His greatest experiences have been in the field working with a team of men and women to deliver projects to the clients.

Ms. Keerthi Koneru is an executive director at Raghu Infra Pvt. Ltd. with responsibility for the company's administrative and financial operations. Having studied and worked in the US, Keerthi brings with her the management experience needed to run an organization as diverse as Raghu Infra. She takes a great deal of pride in the role the company plays in building facilities that help our clients achieve their business objectives. She now carries with her the responsibility for setting and implementing the strategic direction of the entire organization.
Mr. Raghu Kiran Koneru - Director
Mr. Raghu Kiran Koneru is an executive director at Raghu Infra Pvt. Ltd who is responsible for the project operations. He began his career as an intern in the same office and worked his way through multiple roles to understand the various aspects of the construction business. Today, having finished his MBA, he is responsible for directing the development of Raghu Infra's negotiated projects from conception through completion. He is skilled in the critical coordination and planning that is necessary to produce efficient, cost-effective phasing plans that fulfill our client's needs.
Sri. Mallikarjuna Rao Myneni - Projects Director
Mr.Mallikarjuna Rao is the projects director at Raghu Infra, who brings with him 20 years of project development and project management experience. He has the ability to foresee potential problems before they arise and to work cooperatively as a team member to find a quality solution for a reasonable cost. Mallikarjun professionally manages each project from concept to completion.
